Bodygroups and skins are 100% supported by our Playermodel System, so as long as it's not doing anything weird beyond that, it wouldn't be an issue.

It's unlikely I'll be porting any custom playermodels to GMCL since I already have a hefty workload to try and keep up with. That may change in the future, but not anytime soon.
In the meantime, you can find someone who is capable of doing so if you are desperate for the model to potentially be added; many people who make playermodels are willing to take commission for their efforts.
