Understand and Agree to Maintain Activity Quota?
Yes, 40 hours a month at a minimum. I believe that I'd be able to exceed that quota with my daily activity as is.
Past Experience/Creations Applicable to Position
4 years working in armed security for state and city sites. Experience with professional authoritative positions specifically enforcing policies, investigating suspicious activity, and eliminating problems.
9 years generally in customer service across food, administration, retail, and security. A lot of training in de-escalation, communication and behavioral science theories, and conflict resolution.
2 years working in administration and data entry for 9 different nonprofit organizations. Lots of phone calls, emails, and database work.
Have been community manager/lead moderator for different video game projects currently and previously: Bloody Knuckles Street Boxing, YOMI Hustle, and Toribash Next.

How You Would Improve the Studio or Community
I think my professional experience would be a great asset to the cool team we currently got already. I just think the odd times I'm usually online at would help out a lot in mitigating recent upticks of undesirable activity. I'd also like the opportunity to do some fun staff-led events like Tu66a has recently and think that would be great for helping foster a more interactable culture for the server. I try to have a very deliberated process about taking administrative action nowadays in these types of communities if I'm not running things, so I think I would help bring a little extra influence into cultivating a good culture between staff in communications.

I've trained and taught martial arts for 16 years. I've taught to a lot of children, anywhere between the ages of 9 and 17. I've had a lot of experience in making mistakes with immature and unreasonable minds in those kids to understand how I should hold myself in those tough conversations.
